The Waterfront serve an extensive menu of both continental & modern English cuisine, always freshly prepared using the finest locally produced products. With a large patio area The Waterfront restaurant welcomes al fresco dining in the summer. Thursday nights are always popular as it is ‘Paella Night’, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. Traditional roasts are served at lunchtimes on sundays as well as the full ala carte menu. Pickled Herring [£5.50] Served on smoked salmon, with potatoe salad, topped with herring in a mustard & honey sauce

Chicken Parmigiana [£10.95] Breaded Chicken breast coated in a Neapolitan tomatoe sauce & topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, served with fettuccine.

Been there three times. The food is good, but the service is variable, with some younger members of staff leaving much to be improved on.

visited quite a few times lovely food, especially paella night, nice atmosphere.
